Communications & Partnerships Senior Executive

Our client is a social service agency dedicated to supporting displaced and disadvantaged individuals and families, while also providing childcare services that nurture and empower children in a safe and caring environment.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective communications and marketing strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.

Plan and execute content marketing initiatives across relevant communication channels.

Create compelling and engaging content for different audiences, including written, digital and organisational communications.

Lead the development of communications materials, campaigns, stories and other content to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Work closely with internal teams and leadership to identify communication and partnership opportunities.

Lead and guide 1 Communications Executive, including task allocation, coaching and performance support.

Support partnership initiatives and develop relationships with churches, community organisations and other relevant stakeholders.

Monitor communication and marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all communications are aligned with the organisation's values, tone and objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with experience managing or mentoring team members.

Proven experience developing and implementing successful communications and marketing strategies.

Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in partnership or community engagement will be an advantage.

Comfortable engaging with churches, pastors, priests and faith-based community stakeholders.
