Job description
We are looking for a Strategy & Business Transformation Analyst with up to 5 years of experience .
Key experience:
• Strategy implementation and business planning
• Supporting governance frameworks and operating models
• PMO and project management support
• Developing SOPs, policies and RACI matrices
• KPI tracking and performance reporting
• Process improvement and operational efficiency
• Supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Data analysis and management reporting
• Stakeholder coordination and workshop support
The ideal candidate should be analytical, structured, and able to translate business requirements into clear processes, KPIs, action plans and management reports .
Experience: 3 -5 years
