Associate Manufacturing Process Technician (2-Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and flexible Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production operations across automated, semi-automated, and manual production lines while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Work closely with operators and team leaders to achieve production targets
• Monitor processes and escalate issues when required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in shift handovers and team activities
• Complete all required training within agreed timelines

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience within pharmaceutical, GMP, or regulated environments is preferred
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality-focused working practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work across different production lines and shift patterns
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

You are a proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn. You take ownership of your work, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and enjoy working in a diverse and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Practical Information

• Location: Breda
• Contract Duration: 12 months with high chance of extension
• Shift Pattern: 2-shift rotation
• Early: 06:30 – 15:00
• Late: 14:30 – 23:00
• Salary: €36,374 gross per year
• Shift Allowance: 16% on top of base salary
• 30 vacation days
• Yearly bonus
