We're Hiring | Specialist – Scheduling

 

Join NADEC and play a key role in supporting production continuity through effective production scheduling .

As a Specialist – Scheduling , you will work closely with Supply Chain, Production, and other stakeholders to assess raw-material availability against production requirements, coordinate schedules, identify potential supply constraints, and support timely execution of the production plan.

Location: Haradh

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support production scheduling based on production requirements and raw-material availability.
  • Assess material availability and identify potential shortages or constraints that may impact production.
  • Coordinate scheduling priorities with Supply Chain, Production, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential delays or supply-related risks.
  • Support resource and material planning to ensure efficient production execution.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable schedules and planning data.
  • Prepare regular scheduling and production progress reports.
  • Communicate scheduling changes, material constraints, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, or Production Scheduling , preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of raw-material planning and its impact on production schedules.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
