About Us:
International Building Systems Factory (IBSF), www.ibsf.com started in 1993 as a fabricator of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel to meet commercial and industrial requirements. In it peruse to become a trusted leader in the industry, IBSF has produced over 10,000 structures shipped to 36 countries across the globe. IBSF has enhanced it is capabilities over the years to cater for all commercial and industrial fabricated steel requirements of international EPC contractors as well as local general contractors.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented " EPC Procurement Supervisor " to join our operation team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling and managing all procurements aspects, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Job Summary:
Managing and supervising all purchasing activities as per set policies and procedures; ensuring the fulfilment of all the Subsidiary departments' procurement needs for projects, office and administration; monitoring the quality of purchases and ensuring their compliance to set standards.
- Daily Operations: Manage procurement activities in line with company policies and procedures, prepare accurate reports, identify process and cost improvements, expand the supplier database, and coordinate supplier payment plans with Finance.
- Procurement & Projects: Manage the full procurement cycle, including RFQs, supplier evaluation, technical/commercial comparisons, negotiations, supplier selection, and EPC project awards while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
- Cost & Budget Control: Provide accurate pricing information to the estimation team and coordinate with Cost Control to ensure procurement aligns with project budgets.
- Supplier Management: Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, diversify the vendor base, and ensure reliable and timely supply of materials and services.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare periodic procurement reports and dashboards, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures, and continuously improve procurement processes.
- Team Management: Supervise procurement staff, monitor performance, provide feedback, identify training needs, and support employee development.
- Policies & Procedures: Ensure team adherence to procurement policies, processes, and controls.
- Safety, Quality & Environment: Maintain compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Industrial/ Mechanical & Civil Engineering, or Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in contracting, Steel Manufacturing, or Supply chain
- Candidates shall be capable to handle civil procurement items.
- Professional Knowledge in Saudi Purchasing Laws and Requirements
- Professional Knowledge in International Purchasing Laws and Requirements
- Good Knowledge in Shipping and Custom Clearance.
- Very good in English Language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
