We're Hiring | Specialist – MRP

 

Join NADEC and play a key role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production.

As a Specialist – MRP , you will be responsible for material requirements planning, inventory analysis, and coordinating material availability with production schedules while working closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other Supply Chain stakeholders.

 

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop material requirements plans based on production schedules, forecasts, and historical demand.
  • Ensure materials are available on time to support production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
  • Use MRP systems to forecast and plan material requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement to address material shortages or delivery delays.
  • Work closely with Production Scheduling to align material availability with production plans.
  • Adjust material plans based on changes in production schedules or demand.
  • Analyze inventory, material consumption, lead times, and planning performance.
  • Prepare material planning reports and monitor key planning KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow.

 

What We're Looking For

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Good understanding of MRP and material requirements planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
