A glimpse in your role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and processes. You will plan, coordinate, report, and ensure smooth handover to the business, while building strong relationships across internal organizations and supporting country teams.Your responsibilities include:* Deliver assigned projects and take corrective actions when results deviate from expectations.

• Drive initiatives to achieve objectives, minimize risks, and improve team quality.
• Ensure high-quality execution of one-time projects and process changes.
• Support financial business cases through data analysis and research.
• Set up project governance, reporting frameworks, and project templates.
• Coordinate with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to define priorities and gather insights.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and maintain project documentation.
• Establish policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure smooth execution across departments.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies where required.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Lead or support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in data analysis, including extracting high volumes of data from MicroStrategy, structuring data, and building financial models to support decision-making.
• Ability to draft specifications related to financial and operational flows, including accounting processes.
• Experience interacting with external clients and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technology and business systems.
• Strong project leadership and coordination skills with both internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, and external partners.
• Previous experience within Operations, Fintech, or Finance organizations is considered a plus.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented, while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferable skills and competencies:* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Salesforce is a plus.

Education and qualifications:* Ideally a Master's degree in Economics, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:* 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience in an international environment.
