Technical Manager - Ruwais - Construction and Reinforcement of highly secure structures

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for a major, high-profile building project in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the project's technical and design coordination activities, acting as the key interface between the design team, construction team, consultants and project management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15-20 years of overall experience in construction/building projects.
• Strong experience working with a main contractor on major projects.
• Proven experience in Technical Management, Design Management or Engineering Management.
• Strong knowledge of Design & Build projects and construction-stage technical coordination.
• Experience managing RFIs, technical queries, IFC drawings, technical submittals and design coordination.
• Good understanding of BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Previous experience on large, complex and fast-track building projects is preferred.
• Middle East experience will be an advantage.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

• using or managing BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE): 10 years (Required)
