About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/w/d) to help us manage and improve our daily business operations.
You will make sure that processes run smoothly, coordinate different teams, solve operational problems and help the company work more efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities
- Improve existing processes and workflows
- Coordinate with different departments and external partners
- Monitor deadlines, quality and performance
- Identify problems and find practical solutions
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support planning and implementation of new projects
- Make sure company processes are followed correctly
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in operations, administration, project management or a similar role
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Reliable, structured and responsible working style
- Experience with process improvement is an advantage
