Job description

What you'll do

  • Support onboarding outcomes against success metrics and customer KPIs (quality, reliability, time-to-value)

  • Help execute onboarding cycles using internal tools, then help revisit and iterate as new data and edge cases appear

  • Check input data quality and flag issues early (camera angle, occlusion, anonymization, variance, missing detections)

  • Help spot and document edge cases and SOP/process variance; contribute to a diverse, up-to-date dataset

  • Communicate progress, metrics movement, and blockers clearly to your team; suggest concrete next steps

  • Help improve the onboarding process over time: checklists, docs, templates, and tool improvement ideas based on real usage

  • Support coordination with installation teams to help camera setups deliver reliable onboarding and cross-station consistency

You are

  1. A student or recent grad interested in a structured execution role (implementation, QA, solutions engineering, ops/industrial engineering, data ops, or similar)

  2. Metrics-minded: you like defining "good," tracking it, and pushing to improve it

  3. Detail-oriented and reliable with process execution (no skipped steps, good documentation habits)

  4. A fast, concise communicator who raises issues early and clearly

  5. Someone with a strong ownership mindset: you follow things through and keep improving after the initial push

  6. Comfortable with technical systems (no ML background required, but you can reason about symptoms and inputs)

  7. Manufacturing or process exposure is a strong plus
