Transformation Program Director

Aimstyle is hiring Transformation Program Director to lead a full 12-month transformation program and convert the Group CEO’s priorities into coordinated execution across .

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated transformation roadmap
• Coordinate client company leaders and Aimstyle workstreams
• Lead weekly transformation-office meetings
• Prepare monthly CEO and quarterly Steering Committee reviews
• Control scope, deadlines, dependencies and quality
• Present major decisions with clear options and recommendations
• Escalate risks, blocked decisions and missing information
• Ensure the transformation system is adopted and transferred to Client

Requirements

• 10–15 years in transformation, consulting or complex program leadership
• Experience working with holding groups or multiple companies
• Direct experience with CEOs and boards
• Strong Saudi or GCC business exposure
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Strong commercial, operational and financial judgment
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci or equivalent preferred
• Must be execution-oriented, not simply a senior project manager
