Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Stakeholder/Governance & Committees Affairs (GCA) is responsible for establishing and overseeing governance processes, managing executive and strategic committees, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Management & Coordination
  • Act as a key coordination point for external stakeholders, including PIF, MCIT, and other government entities.
  • Coordinate and respond to Royal Court and other ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely collection, validation, and submission of required information.
  • Manage and coordinate official correspondence and letters, particularly with government and shareholder stakeholders, as part of day-to-day governance operations.
  • Coordinate internally across HUMAIN, communicating requirements to relevant functions, gathering inputs, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Track stakeholder requests, actions, dependencies, and deadlines through closure.
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external requirements before formal submission or communication.
  1. CEO Governance
  • Manage the governance and coordination of the CEO’s key meetings, including agenda planning, materials, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Manage CEO-chaired committees and governance forums, ensuring appropriate governance processes, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s participation in Boards and Committees, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, decisions required, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the CEO Office in maintaining visibility over key governance matters, decisions, commitments, and outstanding actions.
  • Ensure CEO-level decisions and action items are properly documented, communicated to relevant stakeholders, tracked, and followed through to closure.
  • Maintain effective governance processes across CEO meetings, committees, and Board engagements to ensure timely escalation, clear accountability, and effective decision-making.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Governance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in governance, executive affairs, strategy, PMO, corporate affairs, or stakeholder management roles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive committees, steering committees, or board-level governance processes.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior executives and strategic stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing executive reports, governance documentation, and decision papers.
  • Knowledge of governance best practices, corporate governance principles, and organizational decision-making frameworks.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations and managing cross-functional relationships.
