Dynamics 365 FinOps ERP Manager

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 FinOps ERP Manager to lead the implementation, governance, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across the organization.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that the ERP platform remains stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives , while driving continuous improvement and maximizing business value across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Oversee ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality ERP application support and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Establish and maintain ERP governance, standards, and Microsoft best practices.
• Monitor system performance, security, licensing, risks, and overall platform health.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, Real Estate, and Corporate Services to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and develop ERP functional and technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners, and external ERP specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes and ERP capabilities as part of the organization's digital transformation agenda.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance , or a related discipline.

• 15+ years of ERP experience , with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management .

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading ERP teams .

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail business processes.

• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, optimization, and application support.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and project/portfolio management skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Arabic speaker .

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Dynamics 365 FinOps certifications covering Finance, SCM, or Retail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within large, complex, multi-entity organizations.
