EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is looking for a proactive and well-organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.

• Manage and monitor company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, GPS, fuel, and related records.

• Oversee employee accommodation, room allocation, maintenance, and general housing requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, landlords, service providers, and project teams.

• Track logistics-related costs, documents, and operational reports.

• Support project sites and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.

Requirements:

• Saudi National.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in logistics or operations.

• Experience in contracting or construction is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work.

• Good command of English.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
