A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Quality Manager at Siemens Energy, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in quality management, particularly in the manufacturing of transformers or heavy electrical equipment. You will lead meaningful projects to establish and maintain a robust quality management system, ensuring that products meet both Siemens Energy and customer quality standards. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design, implement, and maintain the factory’s quality management system (QMS).
• Lead and manage the Quality department, overseeing material inspection and process control teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and relevant industry quality standards.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Support customer audits and facilitate quality-related communications.
• Establish quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or Quality Management.
• 8+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience in building or leading a factory quality function from the ground up is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage and willingness to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
