For one of our clients in the biopharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Scientist Monitoring to support environmental and clean utility monitoring activities in a GMP-regulated environment.

📍 Location: Lengnau, Bern

⏱️ Workload: 100%

📄 Duration: 5 months with option for extension

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain environmental and clean media monitoring systems
• Act as the key contact person for monitoring-related projects
• Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and qualification templates
• Conduct risk assessments and define sampling strategies
• Support the development of qualification protocols and reports
• Develop and implement monitoring and trending programs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient monitoring activities
• Support LIMS implementation and other digital tools
• Participate in deviation investigations and CAPA activities
• Present monitoring strategies and documentation during audits and inspections

Your Profile

• Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field)
• Solid experience within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards
• Experience with quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Precise and independent working style with excellent documentation skills
• Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
• High quality awareness and continuous improvement mindset
