💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Extensive experience in water supply, sewage/wastewater networks, pipelines, and utilities .
• Must be approved/registered with the National Water Company (NWC) and have proven experience working on NWC projects.
• Proven experience in managing major infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Additional professional certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Planning, or related fields are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project , project planning, cost control, quality, HSE, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
