To respond to the pace of technological change and strengthen their competitive position, organizations initiate business and data transformation projects. Transforming the business means transforming your data, which is complex and multidimensional.

Within the KPMG Powered Data team, we leverage our global end-to-end Data Transformation & Migration methodology and work closely with colleagues from around the world to effectively and efficiently realize business and data transformations.

Dit neem jij mee

• 2+ years of work experience in a relevant context (e.g., migration consultant, technical consultant, data engineer, developer, data analyst);
• Willingness to learn and improve technical skills;
• Affinity with ERP architectures (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365), data modeling, and data management;
• Intrinsic motivation to work on large-scale, complex projects;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python, DAX, GitLab, and other coding languages;
• Strong command of English, spoken and written.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations.

• Part of a small team working on data migration projects for large-scale organizations, where you ensure smooth collaboration and effective delivery within the set timeframe.
• Play an active and critical role in gathering business requirements from the client, and translating these into technical implementation steps.
• Develop yourself within a fast-growing team that enjoys helping companies with their (ERP) transformation journeys, where you take responsibility for success and also act as a mentor to consultants.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation within data transformation and migration.
• Act as a senior for consultants, supporting their professional development in the field of consultancy.
• Contribute to the development of the team by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, team activities, or recruitment events.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,965 and €5,050, depending on your work experience, profit-sharing, fixed expense allowance, and remote work allowance.

Sollicitatieprocedure

Stap 1. Jouw sollicitatie

Als je solliciteert, bekijken wij of we een match zien met jouw cv en de vacaturevragen. De volgende stap is in de meeste gevallen een online assessment. Dit assessment bestaat uit een capaciteitentest en een persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst. De resultaten hiervan geven inzicht in jouw voorkeursgedrag en competenties.

Stap 2. Het eerste gesprek

Na een positieve afronding van het assessment nodigen wij je uit voor een eerste gesprek met een recruiter en een collega van de desbetreffende afdeling. Hierin willen wij jou vooral graag leren kennen en krijg jij ook de kans om ons te leren kennen.

Stap 3. Vervolg gesprek

Iedereen enthousiast? In veel gevallen volgt er een tweede kennismaking. Tijdens het tweede gesprek gaan wij dieper in op de functie en de inhoudelijke thema’s waar je mee te maken gaat krijgen. Een businesscase kan onderdeel zijn van het vervolggesprek. Soms vindt er nog een laatste gesprek plaats.
