Product Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Management Specialist to manage product data and lifecycle activities, analyze product performance, and support internal teams with accurate and up-to-date product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle by entering, updating, and maintaining product information, technical specifications, pricing, and related data in the company’s systems.
• Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and continuously updated.
• Analyze product sales and performance using Advanced Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Monitor product inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
• Prepare product reports, technical documentation, and product-related materials.
• Provide product-related support and information to field and operational teams.
• Support and train relevant teams on product updates, changes, and new features.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to follow up on product specifications, quality requirements, and product-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product information, specifications, and updates.
• Identify discrepancies in product data and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
