Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering .
Minimum 12 years of experience in the General Contracting sector , preferably in Building Construction projects .
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts .
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi market as a Procurement Engineer.
Proven experience in local and international procurement and dealing with suppliers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills .
Ability to analyze and compare quotations and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications.
Good technical and technological knowledge related to the scope of work .
Very good command of English , both written and spoken.
Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
