Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer who will take end-to-end responsibility for the complete sales cycle, from generating and receiving sales inquiries to procurement, order execution, delivery, invoicing, and collection of payments from clients.

The candidate will also be responsible for leading and coordinating the Sales and Procurement team, ensuring that customer requirements are handled efficiently and sales targets are achieved.

This is a highly target-oriented position requiring strong ownership, follow-up, customer relationship management, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Sales Cycle

• Manage the complete sales process from sales inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order confirmation → procurement → execution/delivery → invoicing → payment collection.
• Receive and analyze customer inquiries and coordinate internally to provide timely quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the order execution process.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and new requirements.
• Monitor market conditions, competitors, pricing, and potential opportunities.

3. Procurement Coordination

• Lead and coordinate procurement activities related to sales requirements.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Ensure materials/products are procured at competitive prices and within required timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement-related issues.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate the Sales and Procurement team.
• Allocate and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor team performance and support team members in achieving their targets.
• Coordinate between Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Management.

5. Daily Reporting & Accountability
The candidate must provide a daily report to the Line Manager covering:

• Customer/sales visits completed
• Customers contacted and follow-ups made
• Number of new sales inquiries received
• Quotations prepared and submitted
• Orders confirmed
• Procurement activities completed
• Execution tasks completed
• Execution tasks currently ongoing
• Pending customer/supplier actions
• Payment/collection follow-ups
• New business opportunities
• Key issues requiring management attention
• Plan and priorities for the next working day

Important

This position requires full ownership of the sales process. The candidate is not expected to simply generate sales; he will be responsible for following each opportunity through procurement, execution, invoicing, and collection until the sales cycle is completed.

Own vehicle is mandatory.
This is a target-based position with performance-linked incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
