Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and support timely project execution.
• Monitor material usage and maintain good site housekeeping.

Supervise high-end interior finishing works, including:

• Woodwork and joinery
• Flooring installations
• Stone and marble cladding
• Ceramic and porcelain tiling
• Ceiling and wall finishes
• Other architectural fit-out works
• Ensure exceptional workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout all finishing activities.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in Interior Fit-Out projects (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
