Lead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions integrating Veeva Vault Regulatory systems with Snowflake using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Develop end-to-end data architecture, data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformation frameworks to deliver high-quality, governed, and business-ready data products.

Design and manage integrations between Veeva Vault RIM, Regulatory, Publishing, Submission/Quality and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, PLM, and MDM.

Define and implement data governance, data quality, metadata, data lineage, and IDMP-aligned standards across regulatory data.

Ensure GxP compliance, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and data privacy requirements are maintained across the data platform.

Optimize Snowflake architecture and ADF pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and reusability.

Perform data analysis, lineage tracing, impact assessments, and data harmonization across multiple platforms.

Work closely with Regulatory, Data, IT, Business, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

Support UAT, release management, production support, and operational excellence, while acting as a technical escalation point for complex data and integration issues.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

9–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Platforms.

5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, preferably Veeva RIM, Regulatory, Publishing, Submission, or Quality.

Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and enterprise data pipeline development.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end data architecture and large-scale integration solutions in regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and regulatory data standards.

Good understanding of GxP and regulatory compliance requirements within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior business and IT leaders.

Experience in mentoring and managing junior team members, assigning tasks, managing deliverables and timelines, and ensuring quality execution.
