We’re Hiring | HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Riyadh.

The role will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Identify learning and development needs and monitor development outcomes.
• Support compensation & benefits programs and market benchmarking.
• Utilize HR analytics for workforce planning and management reporting.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 9–11 years of progressive HR experience , with proven HRBP expertise.
• Experience in talent management, organizational change, and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations or shared services environments is preferred.
• SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI certification is an advantage.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
