Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations Job Duties:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• To be always well groomed and ready for work.
• Complete checklists and opening/closing procedures for every shift.
• Practice good housekeeping and safety by paying constant attention and inspecting equipment, physical interior and exterior of the restaurant / building.
• Be responsible for all the cash bank / petty cash and sales money present in the Bar.
• To process daily cash reports / perform daily EOD financial closing duties.
• Ensure that all food safety standards/HACCP are maintained and implemented in line with the company policy and municipality requirements.

Desired Skill & Expertise: Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Bartender of a minimum of 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
