About Us

We are a growing child skill development and learning center in Dubai, dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative programs in Abacus, Math, Robotics, Coding, AI, and Arts. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Abacus Teacher to join our team and inspire children to build strong mental math skills, concentration, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive Abacus classes for students aged [4–12 years] using structured lesson plans.
• Teach both basic and advanced abacus techniques, including mental arithmetic skills.
• Assess student performance, track progress, and provide feedback to parents.
• Prepare practice materials, worksheets, and activities to reinforce concepts.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and teaching methods.
• Ensure compliance with center policies and uphold teaching standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Abacus Teacher/Trainer (minimum [1–2 years preferred]).
• Strong knowledge of Abacus techniques, mental math, and child pedagogy.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Certification/Training in Abacus will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle group and one-on-one sessions effectively.
