IT SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day office IT issues, including hardware, software, systems, and network-related problems.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Retrieve and securely maintain call recordings and CCTV/camera recordings whenever required.
• Perform secure data extraction, transfer, backup, archiving, and system clean-up while ensuring no critical business data is lost.
• Maintain regular system and data backups and ensure proper recovery procedures are in place.
• Conduct data and system audits to ensure accuracy, security, and proper access controls.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
• Manage user access, system permissions, email configurations, software installations, and IT assets.
• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, printers, CCTV systems, telephones, networking equipment, and other office IT devices.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, backups, access rights, system changes, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with external IT/software vendors whenever required.

Requirements:

-Strong hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, servers, hardware & software support
-Knowledge of CCTV and call-recording systems
-Experience with data backup, recovery, migration, and system administration Good --------understanding of data security, privacy, and access controls
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-UAE experience will be an advantage
