Technical Office Engineer

Job description:

Technical Office Engineer is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Study projects once received to make sure of completion with technical documents.
• Prepare technical submittals for coming and current projects and mark suggested materials/systems to fulfill project specs.
• Prepare and submit all architectural and technical packages including Shop drawings of initial mockups and ongoing projects.
• Follow up on technical issues with General Contractors and consultants till receiving all technical approvals.
• Prepare fabrication drawings for all and any contractual works based on site-as-built data from the implementation department.
• Prepare installation and fixation details for all facade's contractual works based on site-as-built data from the implementation department.
• Prepare materials tack-off sheets and purchasing requests to submit to the Material/Cost Control Department.
• Explain and submit all technical data to the project manager.
• Submit the final as-built package at the end of each project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• Experience in the construction field (2-5 Years).
• Good interpersonal skills.
