Learning & Development ManagerRole Description

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design and implement initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance. The role involves assessing learning needs, developing training strategies, coordinating learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. The L&D Manager will work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps, build relevant development plans, and align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing training calendars, developing learning content, supporting leadership and talent development programs, monitoring learning outcomes, and promoting a culture of continuous development. The successful candidate should combine strong communication skills with a structured and creative approach to learning. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, talent development, performance improvement, and employee engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging learning content and activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS or digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of leadership development, coaching, assessment tools, or organizational development is an advantage.
• Passionate about people development with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
