As a Procurement Transformation Office expert on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Strategic initiatives: Lead and coordinate strategic procurement transformation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and strategic outlook to develop best-in-class Procurement.
  • Governance: Establish and drive governance frameworks, including leadership workshops, regular management reviews, executive reporting, and decision-making forums and procurement event coordination.
  • CoC Projects: Manage a portfolio of high-impact procurement projects in center of competences, ensuring alignment of objectives, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Create clarity for senior leaders by synthesizing complex topics into concise recommendations, actionable decisions, and executive-level insights.
  • Transformation: Drive organizational change initiatives through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, adoption tracking, and implementation support for key enablers such as digitalization and AI.
  • Communication: Act as the primary coordination point between procurement, operations, corporate functions, digitalization teams, and business stakeholders. Run corporate initiatives on Procurement level.
  • Team Leader: Lead a transformation office and related high-impact team across multiple initiatives and regions, setting priorities, governing execution, and ensuring enterprise-wide adoption of procurement transformation programs.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Experience (10+ years): 10+ years of experience in procurement, procurement transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or corporate transformation environments.
  • Education (Master’s degree): Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
  • Project & change leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives; proven track record working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
  • Communication & executive presence: Strong English communication skills; comfortable presenting complex topics to broader audiences; demonstrated executive presence and confidence with senior leaders.
  • Resilience & time management: High resilience and multi-tasking capability; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • MS Office proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially creating compelling storylines and data insights.
  • Procurement expertise (plus): Strong understanding of procurement operating models, sourcing, category management, supplier management, governance, and performance management; knowledge of digitalization transformation and AI enablement is a plus.
  • Collaboration & facilitation: Highly collaborative and team-oriented; builds trust and strong cross-boundary relationships; excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Integrity & discretion: High level of integrity, compliance, and confidentiality; ability to work with absolute discretion.
  • Global team leadership: Ability to build and lead a high-performing global team of procurement professionals, including personnel and talent development.
