Vacancy – German-speaking Sales Support Specialist

Location: Gilze
Hours: 32 or 40 hours per week
Salary: €2,548–€3,250 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week
Languages: Excellent German and good Dutch or English

About the role

Do you have excellent spoken and written German skills, as well as a good command of either Dutch or English? Then we are looking for you.

As a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our German-speaking business customers. You will assist them by phone, email and WhatsApp, ensuring that questions, returns and service issues are handled carefully and effectively.

You will work at the intersection of Customer Support, Sales and our operational departments. You will support account managers, independently manage customer relationships and identify commercial opportunities within the German market.

What will you do?

Customer contact and service

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, primarily in German.
• Independently resolve more complex customer and service enquiries.
• Guide customers through the returns and RMA process.
• Handle shipping issues and coordinate with internal departments and carriers.
• Accurately record agreements and customer information in our systems.

Returns and RMA management

• Check whether return requests are complete and comply with the warranty conditions.
• Keep customers informed about the progress and outcome of their returns.
• Administratively process returns following the quality inspection.
• Arrange refunds and other appropriate solutions.

Commercial support

• Prepare and review quotations for account managers.
• Assist with managing customers within the German market.
• Identify and communicate commercial opportunities.
• Carry out supporting sales activities within clearly defined agreements and pricing structures.

Who are we looking for?

• You speak and write German at a professional level, preferably at native-speaker level.
• You also have good spoken and written Dutch or English skills.
• A second language in addition to German is required; this may be either Dutch or English.
• You communicate professionally and with a customer-focused approach, even in challenging situations.
• You work accurately and maintain a clear overview when handling several matters at once.
• You are able to make independent decisions within agreed guidelines.
• You recognise commercial opportunities without losing sight of the customer’s interests.
• You are comfortable working with digital systems, such as CRM, returns and shipping software.
• Experience in customer support, sales support or an international B2B environment is an advantage.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,548 and €3,250, based on a 40-hour working week and depending on your knowledge and experience. For a 32-hour working week, the salary will be calculated pro rata.
