Senior Automation QA Lead – Conversational AI & Airline Booking

**Experience:**6 to 10 Years

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, API Testing, and Airline Reservation/Booking Systems. The ideal candidate should be currently working in a hands-on automation testing role and have experience testing AI-powered chatbots and Generative AI/LLM-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks while ensuring high-quality delivery across web applications, APIs, conversational AI platforms, and airline booking systems.

Job Responsibilities-

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Create reusable automation scripts for web applications and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and execute API test cases using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Validate API functionality, integration points, performance, and security.
• Perform end-to-end testing of airline booking workflows, including flight search, availability, reservation, ticketing, seat selection, ancillary services, payment, and check-in.
• Test conversational AI and chatbot applications, including intents, entities, conversation flows, context retention, and responses.
• Test Generative AI/LLM-based applications, including response accuracy, relevance, consistency, prompt variations, edge cases, and hallucination handling.
• Perform responsible AI testing, including bias, toxicity, and safety validations.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and AI Engineers and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills-

• 6–10 years of experience in Automation Testing, with current hands-on experience in automation.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and automation framework development.
• Strong experience in API automation using REST Assured and Postman.
• Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI and JSON/XML validation.
• Proven experience in Airline Booking/Reservation domain and flight booking lifecycle.
• Experience with chatbot and conversational AI testing, including intent, entity, and conversation flow validation.
• Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications, including prompt validation, response evaluation, hallucination testing, and responsible AI testing.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Git/GitHub, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-reporting skills.

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s/ Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
