Do you want to make a significant contribution to the development and expansion of a modern Identity and Access Management landscape? You help us create the conditions for secure access, efficient processes and a future-proof digital organization.
How you make a difference
You are responsible for approving IAM roles, policies and connection concepts for applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal directives.
As a central point of contact, you advise role and application managers on IAM concepts, standards and best practices and promote cooperation between the business and IT.
You coordinate the onboarding of applications to the IAM platform and play an active role in the continuous development of IAM services and capabilities.
As an Epic Owner, you manage IAM-related projects from business analysis through to implementation and successful introduction.
You translate technical requirements into practical IAM solutions and formulate user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
Together with internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate project activities, dependencies and delivery dates and are responsible for actively planning, implementing and supporting tests to ensure high-quality solutions.
You support the IAM department with operational requests and tasks, and assist with organizational changes by adapting roles, permissions and access rights to the relevant organizational structure.
What you have to offer
You have in-depth IT knowledge and several years of professional experience in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), combined with a degree from a university or university of applied sciences and relevant advanced training.
You have a sound understanding of IAM governance, role and permissions management, identity lifecycle management and access control concepts.
You are very familiar with established IAM standards, frameworks and best practices, and can apply them securely in complex corporate environments.
Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly recognize correlations and also understand complex business processes and organizational structures.
Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering enables you to take a structured approach to ascertaining technical requirements and to convert these into viable solutions.
You find it easy to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, and you impress others with your clear, audience-appropriate communication and a cooperative manner.
You have a very good spoken and written command of German and English. Any other national language is an advantage.
