Job description

Your Responsibilities

  • Tracking missing demonstration devices: Monitor and analyze devices used in trainings, conferences, or hospitals to identify the stage in the demonstration process where they became unaccounted for
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with warehouses, sales teams, transport companies, and customer representatives to retrieve missing devices
  • Managing the scrapping process: Organize the virtual scrapping process for devices deemed irretrievable and ensure appropriate financial adjustments are applied in alignment with regional accountability
  • Repairs and maintenance: Arrange repairs and schedule annual maintenance services for demonstration devices. Forward cost estimates to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approvals
  • Device ordering and tracking: Order new demonstration and loaner devices and track open orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Data management: Support master data management to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Process optimization: Conduct small projects to improve processes in the area of asset management

Your qualification

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial experience in supply chain or logistics, or a strong interest in inventory management processes
  • Structured and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
  • Open-mindedness, strong communication skills, and a pronounced team spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with inventory management systems
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage but not required
