Talent Manager

WAEW is a Dubai-based content production, PR, and influencer marketing agency, and our talent side is growing fast. We're on the hunt for a Talent Manager to help us manage and grow our roster, spot the next big signing, and keep our talents' careers moving forward.

Think deal-making, relationship-building, brand coordination, and making sure every collab lands exactly as it should, from the first pitch to the final delivery. You'll also get to scout new talent and help shape where this whole side of the business goes next.

Here's the honest bit: this role moves fast, so we need someone who moves faster. We're talking hyper sharp, quick on their feet, fully autonomous, the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what's next. If you're a natural at building relationships, sweet-talking your way through negotiations, juggling ten things without dropping one, and you genuinely live and breathe entertainment, media, or influencer culture, this is your kind of chaos.

Bonus points if you've done talent management or PR before, but what matters most is how fast and how sharp you are.
