The Role As an Account Executive / Account Partner for Veeva's R&D, Quality, and Vault Cloud solutions, you will drive growth across the Life Sciences Contract Services, Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO), and Generics markets. As part of a foundational team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning new business, and building strategic customer relationships while helping organisations modernise operations through innovative cloud technology. A strong understanding of the life science industry, the enterprise software sales cycle, and a passion for making market changes with innovative technology are ideal.
What You’ll Do

Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level

Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

Manage complex sales cycles, utilising internal and external resources as appropriate

Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges

Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer Requirements

5+ years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with min. 2 years in the life sciences space.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
-
Consultative Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions

Strategic account planning and execution skills
-
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
-
Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision

A passion for solving customer business problems

Total compensation: 140,000 - 250,000 EUR
