Partnering With Us

We are establishing a pool of freelance facilitators to partner with us on upcoming client assignments based on local availability, language skills, and topic expertise.

This is a flexible, project-based B2B partnership. When an assignment aligns with your profile, location, and expertise, you will work alongside us to co-design and facilitate meaningful conversations, challenge established thinking, and help teams turn deep reflection into concrete action.

Target Locations:

Our client engagements take place virtually and on-site across Europe. We are particularly keen to connect with facilitators based in or near:

• Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona

What Collaboration Looks Like

Depending on the client engagement, your work with us would typically include:

• Facilitating & Co-Facilitating: Leading team alignment, executive sessions, and complex group conversations (online or on-site).
• Guiding Group Dynamics: Navigating friction beneath the surface, asking sharp questions, and helping groups move forward constructively.
• Experiential Workshop Delivery: Bringing creative formats and carefully designed environments to life so teams can step outside routine execution patterns.
• Injecting Domain Expertise: Contributing your specialized perspective—from change leadership to organizational psychology and UX/product alignment—to program delivery.

Who We’d Love to Meet

We’re looking for experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy working with people—and who also have a sharp eye for business dynamics.

• Your Background: Proven track record in executive or team coaching, strategic facilitation, organizational development, or transformation consulting.
• Your Approach: You listen and observe before jumping to solutions. You can challenge senior stakeholders with confidence, empathy, and respect, directly connecting group dynamics to business outcomes.
• Your Mindset: Curious, reliable, grounded in human connection, and excited to experiment with fresh workshop approaches rather than repeating standard PowerPoint formats.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English is essential. Strong command of German or another European language (French, Spanish, etc.) is a major advantage.

B2B Requirements

To join our pool of independent facilitators for project assignments, you must:

1. Operate as an established registered business or self-employed freelancer capable of issuing B2B invoices.
2. Hold appropriate professional liability insurance .
3. Be legally eligible to provide freelance services in your region and travel within Europe for on-site deliveries when needed.
