About The Role We are looking for a part-time assistant to support the OS Task Force and freelance facilitators in

preparing and delivering the Fall 2026 Orientation Semester (OS) cohort, particularly across the OS_02 and OS_05 modules.

With approximately 90 students expected to join the Fall cohort, the assistant will support freelance

facilitators in one of the two tracks, both during teaching and learning sessions and with related

administrative tasks.

In this role, you will contribute to a positive learning experience for students and a well-organised working environment for facilitators by:

  • Support the OS module coordinators and freelancers in the iteration and development of teaching materials
  • Aligning and updating teaching and learning materials to CODEs new brand guidelines (for both OS and Masters namely the M_10 Digital Product Development module)
  • Supporting OS module coordinators and freelancers in facilitating teaching and learning sessions (to CODE PBL standards)
  • Support in the development of teaching and learning experiences for both the OS dual track cohort (in modules OS_02 and OS_05) and the Master M_10 Digital Product Development module.

We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:

  • An individual with a track record of excellent administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • An individual with knowledge and experience of developing materials that align to a brands guidelines (ideally someone with knowledge of CODE and its new brand direction)
  • An individual who has experience of working with the complex needs of large undergraduate cohorts.

For Employment positions at CODE, we need you to meet the following requirements:

  • Having a registered address in Germany and a German tax number.
  • Having the right to work in Germany.
  • Having a German bank account.
