Booking Agent:in

To expand our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated agent (m/f/d) to join us on a part-time or full-time basis (50% or more) as soon as possible, to cover the following areas of responsibility: tour and concert booking, event organisation, and artist development.

Together with our team of experienced agents and production staff, and in close collaboration with the artists, you will be responsible for the live careers of our acts in Europe and beyond, whilst continuously developing your personal artist roster. You will identify concert and development opportunities for our artists and provide them with strategic advice regarding the relevant live markets.

Your profile

• You have excellent communication skills, are familiar with the European jazz and/or classical music scene, and already have an established personal network. A background in the pop/indie sector would also make you a good fit for us.
• You are business-fluent in English. A good knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential.
• You are keen to take on responsibility, have a good understanding of people and the skill to mediate solutions between different parties.
• Passion for music goes without saying!
