Role Summary:
As the European Fleet Manager (m/w/d), you will drive Fleet Sales performance and business growth across the Scandinavian, Central European, and Baltic markets by supporting the implementation of fleet strategies, business initiatives, and operational improvements. You will act as the key interface between Headquarters and local markets, leading the Salesforce CRM rollout across Europe to ensure process standardization, user adoption, high data quality, and alignment with Fleet Sales objectives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to enhance business performance, strengthen customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making across the region.
We want you to:
Monitor and analyze Fleet Sales performance across assigned European markets, identifying opportunities and risks impacting volume, market share, profitability, and customer retention, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives and strategic KPIs.
Conduct regular business reviews with local Fleet teams and senior stakeholders to drive performance improvements and support sustainable business growth.
Support the development and execution of European Fleet Sales strategies, ensuring effective implementation of business programs and strategic initiatives across markets.
Develop and implement frameworks to strengthen Corporate Sales, SME business, Rental operations, and Leasing Company partnerships while ensuring alignment between Regional Headquarters objectives and local market execution.
Support local Fleet teams through business guidance, capability-building initiatives, process improvements, and the sharing of best practices across markets.
Develop and enhance Fleet management tools, reporting frameworks, and operational processes to improve business effectiveness and sales performance.
Build and support relationships with major Leasing Companies, Fleet operators, and strategic Fleet customers, contributing to partnership development and commercial negotiations where required.
Lead the Salesforce Fleet CRM rollout across assigned markets as the Regional Headquarters business lead, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.
Define CRM business requirements, governance standards, processes, and success metrics to standardize sales and reporting activities across Europe.
Coordinate CRM rollout activities with IT teams, Salesforce implementation partners, Headquarters stakeholders, and local markets.
Develop and execute change management and communication plans to drive user engagement, adoption, and effective utilization of Salesforce CRM.
Monitor system adoption, data quality, usage performance, and key business KPIs while driving continuous improvements and future enhancements.
Develop and maintain Fleet performance reporting, providing insights into sales trends, customer activity, pipeline performance, and CRM utilization to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting transparency across markets.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Network Development, IT, and CRM teams, as well as external partners, to support Fleet objectives and broader business priorities.
Represent Fleet business interests in regional projects, steering committees, and cross-functional working groups to drive alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant academic discipline
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in related fields
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted analytical tools
Sound knowledge of Python as a plus
Experience and knowledge about Automotive Industry as a plus
Fluent English, written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset and data affinity, with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business insights
Sound business and commercial awareness, supported by critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Good presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly
