Project Analyst (student job)

Will you help make our new product successful?

Res2 is the creator and provider of the innovative Departure Control System, iPort DCS. The use of iPort DCS enables efficient aircraft and passenger handling for airlines, ground handlers and airport companies and leads to a smooth and pleasant pre-airport experience for the passenger. iPort DCS is delivered as a turnkey solution, including local implementation and airport connectivity, currently operating at nearly 500 airports worldwide. We are a small team, resulting in short lines of communication and professional interaction. We aim for continuous improvement and are always looking to implement better tools and further implement AI to increase our efficiency. We are looking for a student in their Master’s or end of their bachelor’s degree to help us with these projects. In this role, you will report directly to the COO.

What would you do?

We have a substantial list of potential improvements and ideas that could help us work smarter and more efficiently. However, we cannot always find the time to move these projects forward. We are looking for someone to support us with these projects. In this varied role, your tasks include:

  • Analyzing processes and procedures to identify further process improvements and possibilities for AI implementation
  • Finding and analyzing new tools
  • Writing project plans
  • Building agents
  • Supporting the adoption of AI within the team

Projects could include:

  • Implementing a new expense reporting tool for finance
  • Finding a tool for iPort's new online training platform
  • Exploring possibilities for a structured approach to vibe coding
  • Analyzing requirements for the implementation of agents and MCP servers

Who are we looking for?

You are:

  • Eager to learn something new
  • Well organized, detail oriented & analytical
  • Fluent in English (verbally & written) and preferably Dutch
  • Analytical
  • Self-starting
  • Following a study into the direction of: Business Analytics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Data Science
  • Willing to work at our office in De Meern

You do not need to:

  • Have experience in aviation
  • Have experience with AI Agents, MCP servers, and other tools mentioned (although this is of course beneficial)

Job Types: Part-time, New-Grad

Pay: €18,00 - €23,00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
