Intern - Digital Project Manager (Procurement Digital)

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Support digital project managers in project planning, documentation, and progress tracking across ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare meeting materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up on agreed deliverables.
• Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, testing activities, and user feedback collection.
• Create status reports, and presentations to support stakeholder communication and roadmap meetings.

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, International Management (Ideally CEMS).
• Structured and analytical working style Interest in digital platforms, IT governance, or process design.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint.
