Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for high-potential graduates who can grow into

Product Managers, Project Leaders, and Product Line Leaders within 3–5 years

.

This is not an observational trainee program.

You will work directly in the semiconductor business, contributing to product definition, customer programs, market strategy, and business decisions. Together with R&D, sales, supply chain, and global customers, you will help take products from

0 to 1, and from 1 to scale

.

What You Will Do

Manage the Product Lifecycle

Gain hands-on experience across market requirements, product definition, R&D programs, customer introduction, and mass production — and understand how a chip becomes a real business.

Work on Strategic Customers & Projects

Support key programs in automotive electronics, smart sensing, batteries, and energy storage, working with both domestic and global customers.

Take Real Business Ownership

You will not stay in a supporting role. As you grow, you will gradually take ownership of projects, customers, products, or market segments — and be accountable for results.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD graduates in 2027

, preferably in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, New Energy, Robotics, or related fields.
