Job Description

Manage and coordinate

daily food production

to meet schedules, quantities, recipes, and quality standards.

Ensure

food quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety

in line with HACCP/GMP requirements.

Supervise and train

kitchen and production staff

, including manpower allocation and daily work assignments.

Monitor

raw materials, food costs, production yield, inventory, and wastage

to improve efficiency.

Ensure

equipment and workplace safety

, and report maintenance issues when required.

Work with

QA, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams

to resolve issues and improve processes.

Support

new product trials, recipe improvements, audits, and continuous improvement projects
