**Job Description**

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with stock management

**Job Requirements**

• Previous cooking experience in commercial kitchen or food service environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak service hours
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new culinary techniques
