Outdoor Adventure - Activity Supervisor Modon Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Title: Activities Supervisor

  • Coordinate all operational aspects of school and group visits.
  • Develop daily schedules and activity timetables.
  • Allocate instructors, guides and resources based on group size and requirements.
  • Ensure activities start and finish on schedule.
  • Manage guest arrivals, registration and orientation.

Schools & Educational Programmes

  • Liaise with teachers and organisers before arrival to confirm itineraries and requirements.
  • Deliver programmes aligned with educational objectives where applicable.
  • Coordinate curriculum-linked activities and learning outcomes.
  • Adapt programmes to suit different age groups and abilities.

Guest Experience

  • Act as the main point of contact for schools and group leaders during visits.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Gather guest feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the visit.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with safety procedures and operating standards.
  • Monitor instructor compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Complete incident reports and escalate issues when required.
  • Conduct operational and safety checks before activities commence.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate instructors and operational staff throughout the day.
  • Communicate schedule changes and operational updates.
  • Support training of new team members.
  • Assist supervisors during peak operating periods.

Administration

  • Maintain accurate booking and attendance records.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Coordinate equipment and resource requirements.
  • Support inventory management for activity equipment.

Commercial Support

  • Work closely with Sales and Reservations to ensure smooth booking handovers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through additional activities or services.
  • Support achievement of attendance and revenue targets through efficient scheduling.
  • Duke of Edinburgh Level 2 Certification

Job Purpose

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering exceptional experiences for school groups, youth organisations and other group bookings. The role acts as the primary operational contact from booking through to visit completion, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maximizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: AED2,773.97 - AED6,071.23 per month
