Quality and Compliance specialist

We’re looking for a Quality and Compliance specialist who wants to be part of our Quality and Compliance Team and thereby a fast-growing cleantech company shaping the future of electrification.

Cleantron engineers and produces Lithium-ion batteries in Nieuw-Vennep, located close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our advanced batteries are used in many different applications such as light EV’s, Electric Construction / Agri Equipment and all kinds of Industrial Equipment. We aim to deliver worldclass products and services to mid-sized global OEM customers, against competitive prices.

About the role:

The Quality and Compliance Specialist will support Cleantron’s Quality team in maintaining and strengthening product quality, supplier performance, and battery compliance. This role reports to the Quality and compliance manager and works closely with production, and engineering.

As a quality and compliance officer,

· you are responsible for supporting daily QA activities,

· you analyze quality and production data,

· investigates reported deviations after a quality issue within production,

· help to maintain the internal procedures and work instructions,

· have a basic knowledge & understanding of ISO 9001:2015

· supports QA management regarding all developments in the field of quality

· and follow up the implementation of the new EU battery regulation and any other relevant regulations

Requirements:

· Authorized to work in Netherlands

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field required

· 1-3+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or operations roles within manufacturing

· Fluent in English
