Our mission We are on a mission to save our planet - one second hand product at a time. Join our Logistics team as a Mid or Senior Software Engineer – Python (m/f/d) at our Berlin headquarters (hybrid work model) and help build the technology that powers the movement of millions of second-hand products, contributing directly to a more sustainable future.

Your mission

• Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies
• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python, Django and FastAPI
• Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
• Understand and solve complex business requirements
• Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies
• Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices
• Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience with Python and Django or FastAPI
• Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
• Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code
• Fluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews

You can look forward to Flexible working hours We follow a hybrid work model with 20 in-office days per quarter to foster important personal interaction while enabling a modern, flexible way of working. The remaining days can be worked from home, and you also have the option to spend up to 6 weeks per year working from countries within EU.
