Supply Chain Employee: Shipping/ Planning/ Customer Care

We are looking for a Supply Chain Employee to expand our team in Selegroven AG.

We are a developer and producer of flavors for the confectionery business and supply flavors all over the world for brands like Mentos, Chupa Chups, Vigorsol and many more.

Job:

You will be the first contact for our customers and external companies, assist in arranging Planning and Shipping of our goods, Personal Assistant to the General manager, help arrange events/ company celebrations, communicate with departments as the Laboratory, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, R&D, manage projects and willing to also look beyond the works of your department and learn cross functional skills.

Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistic activities is an advantage, but also without experience you are welcome to apply as you will need to learn most of the tasks on the job.

What we require:

Fluent in Italian and English is a must, as you will be in contact with companies all over the world by email and phone.

Top computer skills, experienced in Microsoft Office and SAP, and willing to learn other programs like SQL Server.
