To support our continued growth and digital ambitions, we're looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer who wants to help shape the future of our Microsoft Business Applications landscape.

Your impact

As a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer, you'll play a central role in modernizing and expanding the platforms that support our learners, customers, and employees.

You'll work across the entire Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, combining low-code innovation with professional software engineering to create scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

This is more than a development role. You'll help define platform standards, influence technology decisions, improve business processes, and contribute directly to the digital transformation of one of the largest education organizations in the Netherlands.

What you’ll be working on

You'll design and build solutions that enable our business to grow and operate more efficiently, while delivering an excellent user experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Building applications using both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Automating business processes through Power Automate.
• Developing custom extensions, plugins, integrations, and services using .NET, C#, and Dataverse.
• Integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and Azure services.
• Driving platform modernization initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to governance, security, architecture, and platform best practices.
• Supporting Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment automation through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and key stakeholders.
• Mentoring colleagues and helping elevate technical capabilities across the team.

What can we offer you?

Lifelong learning is what we stand for and we want the same for you! You can take courses and training programs free of charge from Salta Group’s wide range of offerings, including NCOI, Computrain, and Boertien Vergouwen Overduin. You will receive six study days per year for this purpose.

In addition, you can expect:

• A part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week)
• A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €5500 based on 40 hours
• Hybrid working, including a home office budget
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time), with the option to extend

What can we learn from you?

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for solving business challenges in a shared team within our Dynamics Expertise Center, while also being part of our overall Development discipline.

This is what you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Power Platform.
• Strong experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Development experience with .NET, C#, Dataverse, and custom integrations.
• Experience building both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Experience designing Power Automate workflows and enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of security models, governance, solution management, and platform best practices.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Living in the Netherlands.
